Your right to opt out
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, and other U.S. state privacy laws give residents the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money, but our use of advertising pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Ads tag, LinkedIn Insight Tag) on the marketing website may qualify as "sharing" under those laws.
Use the button below to record your opt-out for this browser. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie that lives for one year. Clearing your cookies, switching browsers, or browsing in private mode will clear the preference and require you to opt out again.

Other ways to opt out
- Email request: send a verifiable request to [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request - Do Not Sell or Share". Include the email address associated with your account or a description of the browser / device the request applies to.
- Authorized agent: if you are authorized to act on behalf of another person under California Civil Code § 1798.135, send written authorization to the same address.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): we honor the GPC signal as a valid opt-out where recognized by law. Most major privacy-focused browsers and extensions support GPC.
- Network-specific opt-outs: you can opt out directly with the advertising networks at Meta Privacy, Google Ad Settings, and LinkedIn Ad Preferences.
What we share, and with whom
On the marketing website (syncsuite.co) we use the Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Pixel, the Google Ads tag, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure ad performance and to show you relevant SyncSuite ads on those networks. The categories of personal information that may be transmitted include identifiers (IP address, hashed email if you submit a form), device / browser information, page-view events, and limited interaction events (e.g., scroll depth, button click). We do not authorize these networks to use the information for their own independent purposes, and we do not exchange it for money.
On the authenticated Platform (app.syncsuite.co) we do not run third-party advertising pixels. Authenticated-Platform cookies are first-party only.
