1. Introduction
These Affiliate Program Terms (the "Terms") govern your participation in the SyncSuite Affiliate Program (the "Program"), operated by 22 Apps, Inc. d/b/a SyncSuite ("we", "us", "our"). By minting or sharing a SyncSuite referral link, you agree to these Terms together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
The Program is open to any SyncSuite customer signed up directly with SyncSuite who is at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. There's no approval process - your link is minted automatically the first time you open the Referrals page. We may disable participation at any time at our discretion (see Section 8).
3. How it works
Every eligible user gets one referral code, displayed as syncsuite.co/?ref=<your-code> on your Referrals page. You can rename it; retired codes keep crediting the referrals made through them.
When someone visits SyncSuite via your link, we save a 30-day cookie in their browser. If they sign up while that cookie is set - on any plan, including a free account - they're attributed to you. First-click wins: if they later click someone else's link, the cookie is not overwritten. Attribution is for the lifetime of the referred account: a free account you referred that upgrades months later still credits you.
Once attributed, you earn a commission of 30% of every subscription payment the referred account makes to SyncSuite (Pro, Agency and future plans, monthly or annual), for as long as they remain a paying customer. Commissions do not apply to wallet top-ups, usage charges, add-ons billed from a wallet, or to customers of a third-party agency that bills them itself.
Verification and Discretion. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activity and to suspend accounts, hide referral links, or decline to pay commissions if we suspect a violation of these Terms or any other suspicious activity, at our sole discretion.
4. Payouts
- Hold period. Each commission is held for 31 days after the payment (our refund window) before it becomes payable. If the payment is refunded or charged back, the commission is reversed; if it was already paid to you, the reversal is deducted from your next payout.
- Minimum payout and timing. Payouts are made once your payable balance reaches the program minimum (currently US$20). Balances below the minimum roll forward. We typically run payouts monthly, around the 1st of the month, but payout timing is not guaranteed - a payout run may be earlier, later, or skipped at our discretion, and eligible balances simply carry forward to the next run.
- Method. Commissions are paid in cash by bank transfer to the payout account you register on your Referrals page. Transfers are made in US dollars unless you choose another currency; currency conversion and any receiving-bank fees are borne by you.
- Tax information. Before we can pay you, you must complete the tax form applicable to you (for example a Form W-9, Form W-8BEN, or Canadian payee information). We issue year-end tax slips or information returns where the law requires it. Your tax information is encrypted and used only for this purpose.
- You are responsible for your taxes. Commissions are paid gross; you are responsible for any income tax, sales tax, GST/HST or VAT that applies to you.
- Tied to your account. If your SyncSuite account is closed, unpaid commissions below the minimum payout are forfeited; balances above the minimum are paid on the next payout run, subject to Section 8.
5. Anti-self-referral
You may not use your own referral link, or a link belonging to a member of your household, an entity you control, or a business you co-own. We dedupe new signups against email, phone, and credit-card fingerprint, and we'll reverse commissions earned through self-referral. Repeated self-referral is grounds for disabling your participation.
6. Marketing rules
To protect the brand and your fellow referrers, the following are prohibited:
- No paid-search bidding on the term "SyncSuite", "Sync Suite", "syncsuite.co", "22 Apps", or any close variation, misspelling, or competitor-comparison phrase containing those terms. Bidding on generic, non-brand keywords is allowed.
- No direct linking from a paid ad to syncsuite.co — drive paid traffic to a landing page you own.
- No spam. All email outreach must comply with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and equivalent laws. SMS outreach must comply with TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and equivalent laws. Bulk unsolicited messaging is grounds for immediate termination.
- No fake review sites, AI-generated review farms, or sites whose primary purpose is to capture branded search traffic.
- No domain squatting or trademark-infringing domains (including domains containing "syncsuite", confusingly similar marks, or our logo).
- No false earnings claims or "get rich" pitches. Do not represent the Program as guaranteed income.
- No rebates or incentives to the referred person in exchange for using your link.
- Mandatory disclosure. You must conspicuously disclose your referral relationship on every page, post, video, or email containing a referral link, per the U.S. FTC Endorsement Guides, Canada's Competition Act, and equivalent rules in your jurisdiction.
- Privacy disclosures on your own properties. If you operate a website or app that drives referral traffic, you must maintain a privacy policy that discloses the use of referral tracking. GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA compliance is your responsibility on properties you control.
7. Trademark and creative
While your participation is in good standing, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the SyncSuite name, logo, and approved screenshots solely to promote SyncSuite. You may not modify our logo, combine it with other marks, or use it in any way that suggests SyncSuite endorses products other than its own. The license ends automatically when your participation ends.
Custom creative you produce must be truthful and must not imply that you are an employee, agent, or partner of SyncSuite.
8. Termination
You may stop participating at any time by no longer sharing your link. We may disable your code at any time, with or without cause. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse any referral or commission for any reason at our sole discretion. On termination:
- The trademark license in Section 7 ends immediately. You must stop using SyncSuite marks within 7 days.
- Payable commissions earned in good standing are paid on the next payout run, provided your tax information and payout account are on file.
- Commissions earned through Section 6 violations or self-referral are forfeited or reversed.
9. Modifications
We may modify these Terms, the commission rate (up or down), the hold period, the minimum payout, the cookie window, or any other aspect of the Program at any time without prior notice. Modifications apply to payments made after the effective date; commissions already accrued are unaffected.
10. No earnings guarantee
Your earnings depend on your audience, traffic, the plans your referrals choose and how long they stay, and many other factors. We make no guarantee of any specific amount.
11. Limitation of liability and indemnification
SyncSuite's aggregate liability arising from the Program is limited to the amount of accrued, unpaid commissions owed to you at the time of dispute. SyncSuite is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold SyncSuite harmless from any claim arising out of your marketing activities, your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or any content on websites or properties you control that promotes the Program.
12. Independent relationship
You are an independent participant. Nothing here creates an employment, joint-venture, partnership, agency, or franchise relationship. You have no authority to bind SyncSuite.
13. Dispute resolution and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are resolved by binding arbitration administered by ICDR Canada in Vancouver, British Columbia, in English. Both parties waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.
