22 Apps, Inc., doing business as SyncSuite, makes no guarantee or representation as to results, earnings, or income arising from the use of any service, plan, AI tool, template, or resource offered through syncsuite.co or app.syncsuite.co. Information and materials are provided for educational and operational purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of any specific earnings result. Nothing on our website, in our marketing, in our pricing examples, or in any AI Agent's output constitutes an offer of, or pathway to, a "get rich quick" result, guaranteed income, or any specific revenue or profit figure.

Your use of any information we present - including a platform subscription, AI agent, marketing template, or workflow - should be based on your own due diligence and your own determination that it suits your situation.

5. Agency-Tier Resale Disclaimer

The Agency plan lets you resell access to SyncSuite under your own brand to your own end-clients. SyncSuite does not guarantee any level of resale revenue, end-client acquisition, retention, or profitability. Whether you can sell Sub-Accounts profitably depends entirely on factors within your control as a reseller - your marketing, sales execution, pricing, packaging, support quality, niche, and market conditions - none of which SyncSuite controls or warrants.

Compliance, support, billing relationships, and end-client outcomes for your resold Sub-Accounts are your responsibility, as set out in the Terms of Service.

Nothing on our website, in our materials, in AI output, or in support correspondence constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.

You assume full responsibility for your business decisions, your customizations of the Platform, the actions of any AI agent you direct, and the results - financial or otherwise - that follow. By using SyncSuite, you accept that you are the operator of your workspace and the principal of your AI's actions, as further described in the Terms of Service.
